It was very hot today, so we cooled off with ice cream after playing at Waterworks Park in Grimes.
Heavenly Delights is conveniently located near the park and has great ice cream (they serve Ashby's hard ice cream + soft serve).
My kids ordered Superman, while I enjoyed strawberry rhubarb cobbler ice cream. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. They're open seasonlly, typically opening on March 1st for the season.
