We took a 1.5 hour ride on
Lady of the Lake, which is a paddle wheel boat. Boarding begins about 15 minutes ahead of time, and tickets cannot be purchased in advance. It's cash or check on the boat for payment. We started out on top of the boat, but got way too hot in the July sun and ended the boat ride on the lower level.

There are snacks and drinks available for purchase (cash only). For beverages, they had bottled water, soda, beer and hard seltzer. For snacks, they had chips and candy. There might have been more options, those are just the snacks I recall because it's what my two kids were focused on.
