Louis Murphy Park in Dubuque ended up being a great place to stop on our drive home from Wisconsin. We picked up food from Hy-Vee nearby and had a picnic at the park. There were several shady picnic tables in the playground area and restrooms across the road by the shelter. My only complaint is that there was fairly loud highway traffic noise.
