We had dinner at Quarter Barrel in Cedar Rapids tonight and it was a mixed experience. My husband and I loved the old school arcade, and kids could easily play games while waiting for their food. The food was just ok, but wasn't expensive, so I'd go back again. The restaurant is very family-friendly. We dined early, around 5 pm, and every table had kids under age 10.
