We spend a lot of time at Jester Park, but until today had never hiked the Lakeshore Trail. It's a great trail and led us to Campground #4, so we scouted spots to camp this summer. We ran into a family that was tent camping, which amazed me. They tried to convince us that winter is the perfect time to camp, but we'll stick with our summer plan. We started on the far north side at trail marker 19, then looped back for a total of 3.9 miles.
