Sugar Creek Park in Waukee opened in July 2022. It has a great playground for older kids but I don't recommend it for kids under 5. There are two seasonal pickleball courts at the park (nets are removed in the winter). The easiest parking is next to the elementary school. Look for the crosswalk that leads to a paved trail which connects to the playground.
