Willow Springs Park in West Des Moines has a great new playground and the play structure for little ones has a cute hot air balloon theme. The playground area is partially shady, but there are many shady places for parents to sit. The park has a 0.38 mile paved loop trail, a tennis court (with pickleball lines), basketball court, and picnic shelter.
