It's on the 2nd level in the north area of the mall and overlooks Nickelodeon Universe. If you go into the climbing area with your kids, it's an additional $4 per spectator and is required for kids under the age of 12. If your kids are older, you can watch for free from a separate area that runs along the entire periphery.
I recommend signing the waiver before going, so you can save some time when you arrive. Also, in the winter don't forget short sleeve shirts for your kids because they will get very hot while climbing. In the summer, don't forget that closed shoes are required.
